Basics You Need to Understand

• We have TWO web sites
  • You are currently in our original web site, www.goode-health.com, which we developed in 1997 and continually update. The purpose of this web site is to provide additional product information for our customers, and support information for our downline distributors. This site has no facility for on-line ordering.
  • Matol has recently provided us a Personal Matol Web Site, www.kmgoode.matol.com, with a Shopping Cart for on-line ordering, and a Personal Office for managing our Matol business and supporting our downline Distributors (see Distributor Support).
• Matol Botanical International also has a corporate web site, www.matol.com. Once you have enrolled as a Customer, Preferred Customer, or Distributor, and have been assigned a Matol ID (MBxxx-xxxx) you can go to the corporate web site to place your order. (If you prefer to enroll as a Customer or as a Distributor on the corporate web site, please enter our Matol ID, MB100-71131 as the "sponsor").
• Use the site you are now in to learn the on-line ordering process, then link to our Personal Matol Web Site (www.kmgoode.matol.com) or to the corporate web site, (www.matol.com) to enroll and enter your order.

Do You Have Your Own Matol ID? If You Do, You Can Order On-Line

• Matol must have your e-mail address on file. If Matol does not have your e-mail address, call Matol at 1-800-363-1890, take the prompts to "Speak to an Agent," give them your Matol ID, and ask them to record your e-mail address. It is needed for you to receive your password.
• You will need a Matol ID (MBxxx-xxxx) and a Password to order on-line
• Everyone is assigned a Matol ID on his or her very first order. If you have never ordered from Matol, see How to Buy Wholesale.
• If you have ordered from Matol, and they have your e-mail address on file, go to the corporate site www.matol.com, select the language you prefer, and you will get a screen with a box in the upper right corner that requests your ID and password. Please enter in the 1st box (User ID) your Matol Identification Number (MBnnn-nnnnn) if you have it, or your email address or your SSN / SIN (existing Distributors only). Matol will send your Matol ID and Password to the e-mail address on file. Otherwise, please call Matol at 1-800-363-1890 (8:30am to 7:00 pm : M-F) or email them at info@matol.com.
• The password that is assigned automatically will be a random string of numbers and letters, usually difficult to remember. You can follow the directions in the web site to change it to something easier to remember.
• Go to www.matol.com and place your order. Your Matol ID will automatically identify you as a Customer, Preferred Customer, or Distributor, and give you the correct product prices.
