• Include a Univera Getting Started Kit for $40 (plus sales tax and shipping) with your order and immediaately enjoy Associate prices.
• Handling is a fixed cost of $3.95 plus tax, and shipping is calculated on weight and distance (see Whats New)
• Sales tax is calculated on the actual price paid and the tax rate at the "ship to" address
• Place your order and agree to have it automatically shipped to you each month.

• Place your order and pay with either Visa, Master Card, American Express, or Discover
